We did a mini session with this amazing senior to round out her senior pictures.  We really wanted to show off her trombone since she is in the award winning Broken Arrow Pride marching band (check out those medals!).  She also wants to join the Air Force after graduation so we went to the Air and Space Museum to get a few shots with the F-14 they have on display there.  Yes, it’s a Naval plane, but it’s still a fighter!  She was so in her element there, I practically had to drag her out of the cockpit!  The simulator wasn’t bad either!

I rarely meet someone this young with such drive and direction!  She will join the Air Force and major in physics.  Way to go, Natalie!

Thanks, Natalie, for letting me share the day with you!  It was a blast!  And please forgive me for making you drag your t-bone all over Cherry Street!  🙂

shawn bumgarner: These are all wonderful! I love how creative the medal shot is and she looks sooo pretty (and definitely in her element!) in the trainer! Well done!

Jane Eaton Hamilton: Ah, love the trombone pix and its player is pretty darn special too.

Ok, I admit it – I’m a 24 addict.  I can’t even watch it during regular season – I just can’t wait a week in between episodes.  So, when a friend sent me this, I jumped all over it.  24 – in LEGO.

I was actually surprised by this!

FILM VS. DIGITAL

Robby G: So would this be the same results for camcorders? Film camcorders are so much more expensive than lets say the Canon XL2.. so lets say if they create a camera that is digital that will outperform the film camera for camcorders than anyone would be able to create massive features for a very low price.

admin: I have no idea. Don't know anything about film cameras. :)

Nahuel: Podolgo vreme One imaat odlichna pduona. Verojatno najdobar odnos kvalitet/cena. Tapa poteg.

http://w3url.net/mylinks.com: That's the perfect insight in a thread like this.

auto insurance: That's not even 10 minutes well spent!

Rendi: You've really helped me unasnetdrd the issues. Thanks.

Lovely in-home session!

November 21, 2008

I just love it when people invite me to their homes for a session!  I love this family – they are so warm and loving and just so adorable!  The girls were up for anything and totally thrilled that mom let them jump on their beds!  I had a total blast with you all and hope you enjoy your sneak peek!

Ok, a few more as promised!

November 19, 2008

Ok, here are a few more as promised!  I have a funny story about little ‘L’ – I asked him if he could give me a cute smile and I got a look – not a smile but a look… I wasn’t sure what to do as it wasn’t a smile and it wasn’t exactly a photographic look.  Mom just looked at me and said, ‘Sorry, that is what he thinks a smile is.’  I about busted a gut!  Let’s just say I didn’t ask for a smile any more but tried to get it by other means.  HAHA

Check out the infamous smile!

Layla: What a treat seeing all the signs. Some were so funny and so true, just ecliixpt! Hope you are feeling good and enjoying yourselves too! Not just making us happy! AuMillers PS the one sign looked like it was from Gunnison, CO? I went to college there for a time, and we were raised in Montrose, CO 60 miles from Gunnison.

http://www.url2go.site/vitalsmiles.com: That's an intelligent answer to a difficult question xxx

Super fun family!

November 18, 2008

This family was just so much fun!  They were up for anything and we had a total blast exploring and getting a few shots in between.  Ok, a lot of shots.  I’m going to have a hard time narrowing these down we got so many good ones, but in the meantime I thought I’d put up a sneak peek!  Check out the boys wrestling… too funny!

Still catching up…

November 16, 2008

Well, I’ve ordered an external hard drive to get some of these files off my main system (see previous blog post), but until then I’m still fighting with it and now I’m even behind on the sneak peeks!  I’m making progress though, but thought I’d share a couple of collages and a storyboard I did a while back that I thought turned out really cool!  I’m finishing up the edit’s for the ‘T’ family and will then have the sneak peeks up from Thurs & Friday’s shoots!  Thank you all for being patient with me!

Little girl in a red dress!

November 14, 2008

Isn’t she cute?  She was the sweetest little thing ever – I could have played with her all day!  She was on the go and made me work though!  I mostly got her back side but we did manage to get some cute shots of this beautiful family!  Enjoy your sneak peek ‘H’ family!
