I mean seriously, a guy really can’t get much cooler than this. When Malachi asked me to do some commercial photography for his marketing business, I tried not to get too excited and jump up and down like a dork. He offers total marketing packages to businesses and has so many great tools to offer. You can see his site here but you just need to call him to get the full picture of what he offers his clients. To say it was a privilege to do this shoot is really an understatement. He is a genuinely awesome and relatable guy and his excitement just rubs off on you. I did his family session as well and just love these people! Malachi - it was a BLAST and I loved every second! I hope you enjoy the preview - more to come!

I had so much fun with this group! ‘J’ just came home from Iraq and his wife scheduled a family session with me. She invited his 2 best friends and their families to come along as well. We had a lot of fun (minus the bees). Here is a sneak peek - I have a ton of images from this session so I’ll probably post more, but wanted to get a few up as quickly as possible!

And get this - the couple told me that their marriage proposal was ruined (didn’t explain how) and that he never got to propose to her properly. Even though they are already married, they asked me to capture a ‘proper’ marriage proposal. I was absolutely privileged to do so!!

Welcome Home!

May 28, 2009

I had the wonderful privilage of photographing this young serviceman’s homecoming from his tour in Iraq. I am so proud of our servicemen and so soooo very thankful for the sacrifices they make to keep us all safe. I teared up as he was welcomed by his beautiful family. I’m sure there wasn’t a dry eye in the entire place!
